Who we are and what we offer
NextGen Doorstep Services Pvt. Ltd.
NextGen is an India-based smartphone products and services company operating out of Mumbai. Our business has three parts:
- Products: we sell genuine display assemblies, OEM-grade batteries, original chargers, cases and tempered glass, plus certified pre-owned smartphones, through our online store with written warranty and GST invoicing.
- Business services: we provide annual device maintenance contracts to registered companies, retail chains, schools and field-service fleets, delivered by our own on-site engineering team.
- Consumer app: our customer app lets existing customers manage their devices, addresses, orders and warranty certificates.
How we work
Every product we ship is sourced from authorised distributors and carries a traceable batch number. Business contracts are delivered under a signed agreement with defined turnaround times, escalation contacts and monthly reporting. Prices shown on our store and business pages are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
