1. Who we are

2. Products and pricing
Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices and stock availability at any time before an order is accepted. Product images are representative; batch, packaging and revision numbers may vary.
3. Orders and delivery
An order is confirmed once we accept it and issue an invoice. Dispatch timelines shown at checkout are estimates; delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses or force majeure are not our liability. Risk in goods passes on delivery.
4. Product warranty
Warranty periods are stated per product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, tampering, removal of batch labels, or fitment by an unqualified person. Warranty claims require the original invoice.
5. Business contracts
Services on our business page are provided only to registered businesses and institutions under a separate signed agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or resell content without written permission. All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify device compatibility.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including data loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
