What we collect
Contact details you submit (name, phone, email, company name, registration number), delivery address, order and invoice history, device model details you tell us, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, honour warranties, respond to enquiries, prepare business quotations, issue invoices, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Advertising and analytics
We may use Google Ads and analytics cookies to measure which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. These tools may set cookies in your browser; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: couriers, payment processors, accounting and IT vendors, and, where required, government authorities. They may only process data on our instructions.
Retention
Order and invoice records are retained as long as required by Indian tax law. Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to support@nextgendoorstep.in. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted transport for data in transit. No method of transmission is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
